Chef Emma Carter – Head Chef & Founder
Emma Carter is the heart and soul of MamiCooks.com. Growing up on a family farm in Vermont, she developed a deep love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the joy of home-cooked meals. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and working in top New York City kitchens, Emma founded MamiCooks to inspire home cooks with approachable, delicious recipes. When she’s not in the kitchen, Emma enjoys hiking, gardening, and hosting dinner parties for friends and family.
