Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt dairy-free or sugar-free if preferred
  • ½ cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter optional for extra creaminess
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • Optional: For a thicker, milkshake-style smoothie, freeze the milk in ice cube trays beforehand and blend with the other ingredients.
