Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves or parsley for a milder flavor
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 –2 tablespoons water or olive oil optional, to thin sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner sauce, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of water or olive oil.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with extra salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  • Serve immediately as a dip, spread, or drizzle.
