- 2 cups fresh spinach or frozen
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 small green apple cored (skin on)
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds optional
- 1 ½ cups oat milk or almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk
Peel and chop the banana into chunks.
Peel the orange and cut into pieces.
Wash the apple, remove the core, and slice (keep the peel for extra fiber).
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Adjust the texture by adding more milk if needed.
Pour into a glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
