Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach or frozen
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 small green apple cored (skin on)
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds optional
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk or almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the banana into chunks.
  • Peel the orange and cut into pieces.
  • Wash the apple, remove the core, and slice (keep the peel for extra fiber).
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust the texture by adding more milk if needed.
  • Pour into a glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
