Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned. Drain off excess grease.
Lower the heat to medium-low. Add the cubed melting cheese, shredded cheese blend, and cream cheese. Stir frequently until everything is melted and smooth.
Stir in the diced tomatoes with chilies, corn, black beans, red onion, and lime juice. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring, until heated through and well combined.
