- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
- 1 ½ cups oat milk or almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk
Peel and slice the banana into chunks.
Add the banana, frozen berries, milk, and optional seeds into a blender.
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
