Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces fresh apple cider
  • 2 ounces pear juice
  • ounces gold tequila
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Simple syrup or a lime wedge to moisten the rim
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour a thin layer of salt onto a small plate. Lightly moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with simple syrup or a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the salt to coat.
  • Fill the prepared glass about three-quarters full with ice.
  • Add the apple cider, pear juice, tequila, and orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
